Our factory produces pastries and varied but the Algarve regional sweets are the specialty of our house and have several varieties: morgadinhos, the palate, the fruit of the almond, the D. Rodrigo, the lampreys and the heirs of eggs between many others, make us one of the most respected regional candy factories.     Dom Rodrigos are sweet yarn eggs and soft eggs with cinnamon and wrapped in silver paper. These candies are very popular in the Algarve.     The fruits are small sweets made with almond paste filling and soft eggs and painted with dye. The shapes range from fruits, fish, pigs, cheese, ham, etc..     The morgadinhos are round with a pearl sugar vertex. These candies are made with almond stuffing and pumpkin lined with soft eggs Fondane.     The scion is an almond cake made with pumpkin filling and soft eggs and topped with Fondane or soft eggs. This cake is similar to Morgadinhos, but is larger.
